Ella Mannsberger publishes novels she enjoys reading herself: Cozy crimes with young, smart women in the title role. In her opinion, not many crime novels with a female lead can be found. So she wrote one herself.

She and her Golden Retriever, Paxter, live in Vienna, Austria. Ella loves to write her cozy mysteries in the lively atmosphere of Viennese trams. Currently, she is continuing the Amelia Ansfield book series.
